In the week of "LET GO" weekly concept.
At dawn, although it was raining, the monastic mentors and the novices gathered for the morning chant, the daily routine of monastic life. After chanting, the monastic mentor and the novices went for alms in the community nearby and at the tree tunnels as usual. Some novices volunteered to assist Phra Ajahn by helping him hold the alms-bowls.
Before the meal, the monastic mentors let the novices practice reciting the blessing chant and do breathing meditation. During the learning session, the monastic mentor taught the novices about social respect and etiquette among monks and novices.
In the afternoon, they learned Dhamma from Art Process tought by Thamasak Luepuwapitakkul, artist and organic farmer in the afternoon class : Learning Process at 02.00 PM Today (17 July)
After that they had refreshments and then did evening chanting. At night, they enjoyed the story of MAHAJANAKA and the incredible sand art created by Kongkiat Kongchandee, the famous Thai sand artist, in "Dhamma Story" class
